More information
Coming from Judenburg via Unzmarkt to Scheifling. Turn right here towards Murau. In Murau, after the second traffic circle, the WM Halle is on the left-hand side.
Coming from Murau via Ranten (or Stadl an der Mur), drive straight on to Murau. The WM Halle is on the left after the double traffic circle.
At the beginning, the tour starts quite comfortably through the villages of Murau, Schöder and St. Peter am Kammersberg. The first ascent then follows over the Kammersberg up to the “Butterkreuz”. From there, the tour becomes a little more pleasant again on a rather flat road until the Greim junction. From the Greim junction, the route then climbs steadily uphill again on an asphalt and gravel road to the Greimhütte.
You then cycle back via Winklern near Oberwölz to Katsch an der Mur. From here, the cycle path leads via Triebendorf and Saurau back to Murau.
As sections of the route are on the main road, please be careful in traffic.
