Zirbitzkogel via Lindersee
From the alpine idyll of Sabathy near St. Wolfgang, you hike on a beautiful loop past the Lindersee lake to the summit king of the Seetal Alps, the Zirbitzkogel. The way back is via the Rothaidenhütte. However, the tour can also be shortened depending on your stamina.
On the way to the unmanned Linderhütte on the hiking trail 316/47 you will find an impressive stone field, which is also well suited for photos. Continuing along trail 316, you pass the Linder lake and continue climbing to the Schutzhaus on the Zirbitzkogel. From the Schutzhaus it is only a few meters in altitude to the summit cross, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.
On the hiking trail 320 the descent takes place in an easterly direction to the intersection of trail 46, from where it goes via the Rothaidenhütten on trail 47 back to trail 316 and the starting point. It is recommended to stop again at the Rothaidenhütte and enjoy the beautiful alpine environment. Strengthened it goes back to the starting point.
Fitness is a basic requirement for the hike. But you will be rewarded with wonderful views and a beautiful route.
