We start the eastern part of the Kopfspur in Lödersdorf, where it's all about hearing. You will be amazed at what can be heard and overheard! From the station past the church we soon come to a forest path and then on the hill with beautiful views to Kleinbergl, where we can already see over to the mighty Riegersburg on the prominent volcanic rock. The castle has defied many conquerors and remained unconquered throughout the ages.
From here we go downhill into the Grazbach valley, which got its name not from the provincial capital, but from the fortress (Slavic gradec) of the Riegersburg. At the lakeside bath , which of course invites you to cool down, it goes past into the historical town. Passing the church on the market square, we turn left between the houses to reach the "Damische Kathl" via Altenmarkt, which is reached by a short detour. Geomantically, it is the female counterpart to the power center of the Riegersburg. See if you too can relate to this perception.
From here it goes really flat to the chocolate manufactory Zotter. Instead of now following the head track further, we hike along trail no. 786 in a panoramic southern direction to reach Schützing. From here uphill again, we meet the Kopfspur again on the Konixberg. With a beautiful view of Feldbach and the Raab valley we follow it to Raabau. At the Obsthof Kaufmann you can taste regionally produced juices or visit the farm store opposite at the Raabauer Eisvogel. Without any further ascents we come back to Lödersdorf along the edge of the Raab valley.
