The trail has its starting and finishing point at the Buschenschank Lackner in Grub II (Krusdorfberg) with parking. From a small lookout you have a magnificent panoramic view and then starts downhill past Kellerstöckeln, which give an insight into the life of the mountain people in Krusdorf and Grub. Overnight stays are also possible at the Lackner wine farm. The direct marketer Scheicher is known for his home-baked bread.
The village Grub II has the ordinal number II, because there is a cadastral municipality of the same name in the court district and derives from its location in a hollow. The path leads past the chapel to the south. At the Klangallee in Muggendorf, the ascent to Tauchen begins on the right, again a magnificent vantage point over Dirnbach and Stainz to the Stradener Kogel with transmitter and lookout as well as the Rosenberg.
The path continues to Krusdorfberg and via the Krusdorf sports complex with playground to the village of Krusdorf with a chapel that is also very well maintained. Shortly after entering the village we change the side of the road and go right up the hill to the well-known Backhendlstation Hesch. In the process, we also pass by the Plaschg family, which offers honey. From the Hesch Inn you can reach the starting point in a few minutes.
IMPORTANT: The path leads to a large extent on asphalt!
