Horse and carriage ride Teichalm
Fladnitz an der TeichalmGet to know the Almenland Nature Park while sitting comfortably on the horse-drawn carriage. The unforgettable journey serves to slow down everyday life, for an exciting journey with children or for a great excursion with older people. Various carriage rides are offered:
- Drive towards Schüsserlbrunn (to Zechner Moor)
- Drive to the Harrerhütte
Registration is mandatory in any case.
A ride in a horse-drawn carriage is always exciting and relaxing. This is an experience for the whole family! There is space for up to 10 people on the carriage.
Drive towards Schüsserlbrunn:
The carriage drives along the Mixnitzbach towards Tyrnauer Alm and stops after the intersection "Zechner Moor". Here the carriage turns and drives back to the Teichalm. Of course you can also get down here and continue on foot, for example to Schüsserlbrunn. (Walking time approx. 30 min.)
Drive to the Harrerhütte:
Another fun ride is the one from the Teichalm to the Harrerhütte snack bar. The journey takes approx. 2 hours and stops at the Harrerhütte on the way. This trip can always be booked on weekends and public holidays.

The horse-drawn carriage rides can be booked all year round, in winter only the horse-drawn sleigh drives instead of the carriage. The carriage ride to the Harrerhütte always takes place during the summer holidays, on weekends or on public holidays.
