The Gesäuse Tourist Association reserves the right not to accept orders, e.g. in the case of sold-out items. If the Gesäuse Tourist Association is unable to fulfill an order, we will inform you as soon as possible by e-mail. If you have already paid for the sold-out goods in advance by credit card or bank transfer, you will receive a chargeback to your credit card within approx. 15 working days.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your ordered product or if it does not fit, you can return it to us within 30 days. Please simply fill out the enclosed return slip so that we know why you did not like the item. Please note that we only accept new and unused goods.

The return of purchased items can also be done directly at the information office at Main Street 36, 8911 Admont. If you have already paid for the goods in advance by credit card or bank transfer, a refund will be made to your credit card within approximately 15 business days. There is no cash payout on site.
