Listening pleasure lounger at the Apfelschlössl in Prebuch
Albersdorf PrebuchHere, where the Apfelstraße reaches its southernmost point, you have a wonderful view far to the east, of the Kulm and the fire station designed by the painter Karl Hodina. Make yourself comfortable and listen to a story by Puch storyteller Marion Wiesler before enjoying culinary delights in the Apfelschlössl.
LET YOURSELF BE WHISKED AWAY INTO THE REALM OF DIVERSE STORIES THAT ONLY THE REGION AROUND THE STYRIAN APPLE ROUTE CAN OFFER.
Here, at the beginning (or end?) of the apple route, stands an unusual building. The Apfelschlössl is somewhat reminiscent of a lighthouse by the sea and looks out over the rolling hills of the region. Far from being as old as its name suggests, this fire station and café were built at the end of the 1990s and designed by painter Karl Hodina.
And when the owner is also called Frau König, it's obvious that the stories you can listen to here are about kings, dragons and castles - and about the previously unknown story of how the Apfelschlössl came to be ...
The listening pleasure loungers are accessible free of charge at all times
