Ehrenhausen an der WeinstraßeThe family winery shares a passion and love of nature and tradition. A special highlight is the year-round Buschenschank. Elena developed this idea to preserve the special charm of the Buschenschank even in the winter months.
The Buschenschank places great value on regionality and home-made products. Waltraud personally refines the meat products, while the spreads are made in-house. The ingredients come exclusively from local farmers and producers. The various desserts are freshly baked by Elena and tested by the youngest members of the family. Whether wine connoisseurs, lovers of regional products, pleasure shoppers or those seeking peace and quiet - everyone will find their place and feel at home here.
The year-round "Buschenschank" is particularly noteworthy. Elena came up with the idea of offering this all year round so that the special Buschenschank charm could also be enjoyed in the winter months, especially for Christmas parties and festive menus. Guests can enjoy individual Christmas menus and also linger in the cosy Buschenschank after the holidays in January and February.
