Brotbackkurs Grundlagen Follow up am Serschenhof

The bread baking course at the Serschenhof.

In this course you can learn all the basics you need to bake wholesome and healthy bread. We work with a combination of natural sourdough and reduced yeast content. Even if you already have baking experience, you won't get bored, as each participant works independently on their own loaf of bread and goes through all the work steps so that the basics are really in place. Any potential sources of error that you may have made when trying to bake at home can thus be ‘eliminated’.

The focus is on the centrepiece of delicious bread - namely the sourdough. Three different types of bread are baked during the course. Typical South Styrian farmhouse bread (mixed rye and wheat bread), mixed wheat and rye bread (Sunday bread) and pure rye bread.

Become a ‘bread self-supporter’! The aim of the course is to be able to bake delicious bread at home with the basics you have learnt.

Suitable for: For anyone who wants to learn how to bake their own bread and those who want to improve their bread baking skills. In other words, for anyone who is keen to learn, with or without previous knowledge.
