The music band Grundlsee welcomes May 1st with a musical wake-up call from the district of Mosern to Bräuhof.
On May 1st, the wake-up call of the Musikkapelle Grundlsee is one of the most beautiful traditions in the village.
Already in the early morning hours, the musicians march from the districts Mosern to Bräuhof and fill the valley with festive sounds. Along the way, they are warmly welcomed by private homes and inns, and are repeatedly invited for a strengthening snack. The wake-up call is not only a musical experience but also an expression of lived community.
The Day of Labor finds its atmospheric conclusion in Grundlsee finally at the Dorfwirtshaus Stöckl.
