An unforgettable experience that perfectly captures the magic of alpine summer nights in Altaussee. Mountains in flames is not just a visual highlight, but also a social celebration accompanied by atmospheric music and culinary delights .

With admission starting at 5:00 p.m., the musical introduction begins with local musicians. Meanwhile, guests can enjoy various delicacies in the cozy atmosphere. As the evening slowly sets in, numerous lights are illuminated for this popular summer festival, brightening the lakeshore of the picturesque Altausseer See, as well as the ridge of the Altausseer Hausberg Loser and the impressive Trisselwand. The musical highlight is the performance by the band Mystic Alpin with Fred Jaklitsch and his musicians.

The subsequent highlight is the breathtaking Bengal fire on the Loser and the Trisselwand, which showcases the uniqueness of the Loser crown and the imposing Trisselwand. This illuminated play of lights in the alpine backdrop of Altaussee offers a fascinating spectacle that attracts numerous visitors to the Ausseerland every year.
