Waterfall Tauplitz
Tauplitz
Few natural spectacles have such a strong attraction as a waterfall. The Tauplitz Waterfall is definitely worth a visit.
The path leads from Tauplitz towards Gnanitzalm. After about 2.5 kilometers, a path branches off to the right that takes about ten minutes on foot to reach an idyllic waterfall. At the foot of the approximately 30-meter-high waterfall, a bench invites you to take a break. The fine white mist provides a pleasant refreshment especially on warm days.
There is also a circular walking path from Tauplitz to the waterfall.
Numerous streams are crossed, and one enjoys the resort "Wald," sees spectacular photo spots, and experiences quiet moments by the still water.
In total, one explores ten stations that are well marked with information boards.
Walking time: approximately 2.5 hours
