The organic beekeeping Sorgmann is located in Adelsberg in Kobenz and is managed by Hans Peter Sorgmann. As a certified organic business, the apiary offers a wide selection of organic honeys, including forest and blossom honey, cream honey, as well as organic beeswax and bee colonies. 

The apiary places particular emphasis on sustainable and ecological beekeeping: The bee sites are chosen geographically diverse, allowing for honeys with different flavor profiles to be produced.

The products of the Sorgmann apiary are available both in the on-farm sales and through local gourmet shops.
