Beautiful cabin at the foot of Zirbitzkogel, located directly on the hiking route "From Glacier to Wine".

The completely wooden Waldheim hut is located at an altitude of 1,620 meters in an idyllic setting. It is a perfect starting point for leisurely walks through fragrant larch forests and blooming alpine meadows, as well as for extensive hikes on or around the Zirbitzkogel.

A picturesque panoramic road leads from Obdach via St. Anna directly to the hut. The inviting winter garden can accommodate about 40 people, while the two additional dining rooms are excellent for birthday or family celebrations. In addition to the hearty regional cuisine, the generously filled rustic platters are particularly appreciated.

  • The Waldheimhut is open year-round, daily from 08:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • Thursday is a day of rest during the mid-season.
