The natural pond at the foot of the Seckau Alps is a very special place for people seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers in every season.

In Seckau, not far from the abbey, lies this small hidden pond. A circular hiking trail through Seckau leads directly past it. It is the perfect place for hikers who want to take one of the numerous hikes to the Hochalm or the Seckauer Zinken to rest or to swim and relax a few rounds.

Regardless of the time of year, the Weiermoarteich is always worth a visit.
