The Forellenhof Joglland in Rettenegg is known for its fish menu. Erich and Sonja Tösch also devote themselves to fish farming.

Baked, fried, smoked, or cooked – Austria's largest trout menu has something for every taste. For example, mountain trout fillet in a potato crust or a fish farmer's delight. Outstanding products such as char in herring style or the pickled Jobi roller have already been honored with several awards.

The Trout Farm Jogland is a Culinary Styrian company and stands for regional quality and identity.

In the restaurant up to 50 people can be accommodated, and the stube is particularly suitable for smaller groups, while nature lovers enjoy the delicacies on the sun terrace.

The Trout Farm Joglland also offers event catering.

At the Trout Farm Joglland, there is also a farm gate sale, where various products can be purchased.
