Lupinen Trail, Wenigzell

The Lupine Trail is particularly fragrant in spring to mid-summer, when the lupines, which belong to the butterfly family, are in flower.

This trail is a circular route. From the starting point, it runs past the quaint local history museum and after a few hundred meters it reaches the military cemetery with fallen soldiers from the Second World War. The trail continues to meander through the forest and is lined with numerous lupines, also known as wolf beans, along the way.
