Stocki's café & bar and Stockinger country inn

The Stockinger Guesthouse in Premstätten has stood for good regional cuisine for many years. Classics such as Styrian mushroom soup, venison back, or braised pork cheek are served, along with seasonal dishes that are adjusted to the seasons. The kitchen works with ingredients from the surrounding area and stays close to familiar flavors.

The guesthouse has several different areas that can be used depending on the occasion. Stocki’s Café Bar is located in the center of the restaurant and is a lively meeting point where one can keep an eye on the happenings in the establishment. The winter garden serves as a breakfast room for hotel guests in the morning and is also popular for celebrations, meetings, or small events due to its bright design. The Jägerstube offers around 35 seats and combines modern furnishings with traditional elements, creating a pleasant space for cozy hours.

As part of the hotel operations, the restaurant is visited by both hotel guests and people from Premstätten and the surrounding area. The location near Graz and the good accessibility make Stockinger a popular place for those seeking regional cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere.
