    The southern Styrian restaurants know how to spoil their guests and entice them to come back. Traditional dishes such as the popular fried chicken (Backhendl), juicy roast pork (Schweinsbraten) and spicy goulash are the order of the day. From hearty Styrian to creative, light cuisine: everything is on offer. Vegetarian delicacies and fish from local waters are just as lovingly prepared, as are desserts in countless variations.
