Our "Kellerstöckl" is nestled in the beautiful idyll of the South Styrian Wine Country Nature Park and is located in a completely tranquil area. Just recently, the entire house was lovingly renovated and high-quality furnished with great attention to detail - inviting you to linger: in romantic intimacy, or also for a fun weekend with friends!
We are committed to providing our guests with the perfect conditions for a relaxing stay. Specifically, in the interior design, we placed great value on high-quality and local choices: all bedrooms feature box spring beds from the Upper Austrian manufacturer SEMBELLA, and the textiles are from LEITNER. The kitchen is also equipped with very high-quality items; for example, glassware has been sourced from RIEDEL. Lastly, our approach is also reflected in the bathrooms: terry cloths have been chosen from VOSSEN, and cosmetic miniatures from RITUALS.

Our offered prices are per night, including VAT, excluding the overnight tax.
Bed linen, bathrobes, and towels are, of course, included in the price.You have the entire house, as well as the panorama sauna and the outdoor area available for private use during your stay.
Parking is available directly in front of the house.
If you bring pets, an additional cleaning fee of €50 will be charged. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed per stay.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival.
From 7 to 4 days before arrival, the cancellation costs are 50% of the total amount.
From 3 days before arrival, we reserve the right to charge you 100% of the total amount.

The charming house spreads across three floors: on the 1st floor, there is an inviting living and dining area with a cozy fireplace and access to the terrace. On the 2nd floor, there are three bedrooms, equipped with Sembella box spring beds and Leitner linen bedding, promising perfect sleep! There is also access to the outdoor area on this floor.
The two bathrooms are located on the 1st floor and on the ground floor.Our guests have access to the entire house and all its amenities: the spacious outdoor area, the panoramic sauna, two bathrooms, three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a living and dining area for relaxation!
A special feature: the historic wine cellar to end the evening with a glass of Styrian wine!We want to give our guests as much privacy as possible - but we are, of course, happy to be reachable for questions about the house and the region!
