The philosophy of Karin and Gernot is to make bread and pastries without unnecessary additives. They rely on the classic baking art of their family tradition, which they partly interpret.

Good pastries are made only with the best ingredients, long dough rests and the absence of any flavour enhancers and unnecessary additives. Another important point of their philosophy is that they only back as much as was ordered by their customers in the online shop.

For nothing is so appealing as the scent of fresh bread. Bread that has been given enough time to become a valuable food. Without unnecessary additives, but baked with a lot of love.
