Vollmondwanderung am Wilden Berg Mautern

You can enjoy a very special experience at Full Moon at the Wild Mountain: A Full Moon Hike with our experienced animal keepers.

Learn a lot of interesting facts about our nocturnal animals and how they spend their nights in the Alpine Animal Park. A highlight is also the feedings in the evening hours. You will go up with the shuttle bus.

Duration:
3 hours (including the ascent and descent with the minibus shuttle)

Schedule:

• Meeting point with the guide at the valley station, ascent with minibus shuttles
• Exclusive tour of the animal park with an animal keeper, visit to the wolves, foxes, lynxes, and raccoons
• Feeding of the nocturnal animals
• Afterwards, a break at the ibex hut with a communal drink. The animal keeper is happy to answer questions and tell exciting stories about the animals at the Wild Mountain.
• Then, return journey together with the minibus shuttle
• Attention: Dogs are not allowed on the full moon hikes!
• Weather-related cancellations possible.
