Price information
The shipping fee of € 5.50 will be automatically added at the time of booking. The selection of sizes will take place in a later step of the purchase.
The tourism association Gesäuse reserves the right to refuse orders, e.g. for sold-out items. If the tourism association Gesäuse is unable to fulfill an order, we will inform you as soon as possible by email. If you have already paid for the sold-out goods in advance by credit card or bank transfer, you will receive a refund to your credit card within approximately 15 business days.
Cancellation information
Returns
If you do not like or fit your ordered product, you can return it to us within 30 days. Please simply fill out the enclosed return slip so we know why you didn't like the item. Please note that we only accept new and unused goods.

You can also return the purchased items directly at the information office in 8911 Admont, Main Street 36. If you have already paid for the goods in advance by credit card or bank transfer, a refund to your credit card will be processed within approximately 15 business days. Unfortunately, it can happen that a product is not processed properly. If this is the case for you, please send us a meaningful picture and your order number via email to info@gesaeuse.at.
