The shipping flat rate of € 5.50 is automatically added at the time of booking. The size selection takes place at a later step in the purchase process.
The Gesäuse Tourism Association reserves the right not to accept orders, for example, for sold-out items. If the Gesäuse Tourism Association cannot fulfill an order, we will inform you as soon as possible by email. If you have already paid for the sold-out goods in advance by credit card or bank transfer, you will receive a refund to your credit card within approximately 15 business days.
Cancellation information
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your ordered product or it doesn't fit, you can return it to us within 30 days. Please simply fill out the enclosed return form so we know why you didn't like the item. Please note that we only accept new and unused goods for return.

The return of purchased items can also be done directly at the information office at Hauptstraße 36, 8911 Admont. If you have already paid for the goods in advance by credit card or bank transfer, a refund to your credit card will be made within approximately 15 working days. No cash payouts will be made on-site.
