The Gesäuse Tourist Office reserves the right to refuse orders, e.g., for sold-out items. If the Gesäuse Tourist Office cannot fulfill an order, we will inform you as soon as possible via email. If you have already paid for the sold-out item in advance by credit card or bank transfer, you will receive a refund to your credit card within approximately 15 business days.

Returns

If you do not like or fit your ordered product, you can return it to us within 30 days. Please simply fill out the enclosed return slip so we know why you didn’t like the item. Please note that we only accept new and unused goods.

The return of purchased items can also be made directly at the information office in 8911 Admont, Main Street 36. If you have already paid for the goods in advance by credit card or bank transfer, a refund will be processed to your credit card within approximately 15 business days. There is no cash payment on-site.

Complaints

Unfortunately, it can happen that a product is not perfectly manufactured. If this is the case for you, please send us a meaningful picture and your order number by email to info@gesaeuse.at.
