Nothing makes me as happy as hiking in the mountains. I would like to pass this happiness on to others. Since 2009, I have been travelling as a mountain hiking and snowshoe guide aka mountain vagabond from the Dachstein to the Dolomites, from the Gesäuse to Tenerife and from the Totes Gebirge to the Matterhorn. In 2023, I have now put down roots in the Gesäuse, where I have built the 'Gehäuse', an ecological tiny house on the banks of the emerald-green Enns, which serves as a starting point for hikes into the wilderness of the nature and national park region. As a nature educator, I incorporate my knowledge of botany, high mountain ecology and Alpine pastures into my guided tours in order to convey the Alpine region in its entirety and open many eyes and hearts to the little wonders along the way. Because what you love, you protect!
