The shipping flat rate of € 5.50 will be automatically added upon booking. The size selection takes place in a later step of the purchase.
The Gesäuse Tourism Association reserves the right to refuse orders, e.g. for out-of-stock items. If the Gesäuse Tourism Association is unable to fulfill an order, we will inform you as soon as possible via email. If you have already paid for the out-of-stock item in advance by credit card or bank transfer, you will receive a refund to your credit card within approximately 15 business days.
Cancellation information
Return
If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered or it does not fit, you can return it to us within 30 days. Please simply fill out the enclosed return slip so that we know why you did not like the item. Please note that we only accept new and unused goods.

The return of purchased items can also be done directly at the information office in 8911 Admont, Hauptstraße 36. If you have already paid for the goods in advance by credit card or bank transfer, a refund to your credit card will be processed within approximately 15 business days. There will be no cash payment on site.
