Gesäuse National Park reserves the right not to accept orders, e.g. in the case of sold-out items. If the Gesäuse National Park is unable to fulfill an order, we will inform you as soon as possible by e-mail. If you have already paid for the sold-out item in advance by credit card or bank transfer, you will of course receive a chargeback on your credit card.

Return
If you do not like an ordered product or it does not fit, you can return it to us within 30 days. Please simply fill out the enclosed return form so we know why you did not like the item. Please note that we only accept new and unused merchandise.

The return of purchased items can also be made directly at the Infobüro in 8911 Admont, Hauptstraße 35. If you have already paid for the goods in advance by credit card or bank transfer, a chargeback will be made to your credit card. There will be no cash payment on site.

Unfortunately, it can happen that a product is not flawless. Should this be the case, please send us a meaningful picture and the order number by e-mail to infobuero@nationalpark-gesaeuse.at.
