KrakauThe Grazer Hütte on the Preber Dark wooden shingles, red and white shutters, cozy seating with a unique view, a small kitchen with a warming wood stove and a rustic parlor adorn the Grazer Hütte at the foot of the 2,740 m high Preber.
Starting from the Klausnerberg Sawmill (1,303 m), a leisurely hike (577 m elevation gain, approx. 1.5 hours) leads to the beautifully located Grazer Hut. Path 786 The rustic hut offers space for 30 to 35 people in the parlor. Cozy seating areas invite you to linger and sunbathe all around. You will be spoiled with homemade dishes and regional products, such as snacks, alpine cheese, or bacon bread. If you have an appetite for a warm meal, you can try an Eachtling or cheese dumpling soup, creamy alpine cheese noodles, or a fluffy Kaiserschmarrn with plum compote. Regional delicacies are also served upon reservation (from 6 persons).
TIP: Kaiserschmarrn Day – every Thursday from 11 AM to 4 PM
