Ski resort Kreischberg
St. Georgen am KreischbergWonderfully wide slopes, 17 kilometers of which are blue, 16 kilometers red and nine kilometers black, make generous carving turns possible. The new 10-seater gondola lift takes you quickly and comfortably up to 2,050 meters above sea level.
Feel the pleasure of winter sports, the sun on your face, the freedom of the mountains and you right in the middle of it - at Kreischberg at 868 m to 2,118 m above sea level. Downhill runs for the whole family and special pistes for the more adventurous await you. State-of-the-art snow-making facilities ensure fantastic pistes and a wonderful, snow-sure winter until the end of the season.
A total of 42 kilometres of fun await skiers and snowboarders on the Kreischberg:
17 kilometres of blue pistes: these ski runs have no more than 25 percent longitudinal and transverse gradients, with the exception of short sections in open terrain - ideal for beginners and newcomers.
16 kilometres of red pistes: These ski runs have no more than 40 percent longitudinal and transverse gradients, with the exception of short sections in open terrain. If you have mastered the first descents well and are already confident on your skis, you can definitely venture onto a red slope.
9 kilometres of black slopes: These ski slopes have more than 40 percent longitudinal and transverse gradients and are partly icy or humpy. The skills of an experienced skier are required here.
Tip: Fancy an adventurous ski trip on the race or speed track? On the permanent race track, ski pros can test how fast they can wind their way through the 20 or so gates.
