In the cozy café of the bakery and pastry shop Gruber, you can get freshly baked bread, crispy pastries, fine baked goods, and lovingly arranged ice cream sundaes every day. Bakeries that still bake according to their own traditional recipes in their own bakehouse have become rare today – almost like a needle in a haystack.
In the Gruber bakery, however, the farmhouse bread is still made by hand – and completely without artificial additives. High-quality ingredients are used for the baked goods, including flour, eggs, dairy products, and fresh fruit, some of which come directly from regional farmers. This way, you can taste not only the quality but also the connection to the region in every bite.

- Monday to Friday from 05:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 03:00 p.m. to 06:00 p.m.
- Saturday from 05:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
