A culinary speciality of our restaurant is the teppanyaki buffet. That means simply select the raw ingredients at the buffet, choose a suitable sauce to go with it. The dishes are freshly prepared and served for the guest. So fish and meat remain juicy tender and vegetables crisp and fresh.
