This wine tavern is located in the Pöllauer Tal nature park, just 2.5 km from the center of Pöllau, with a beautiful view of the Pöllauberg pilgrimage church.

You can find hearty snacks in the Buschenschank Ziagl's Laube, the pork comes from the Pöllauer valley and is processed directly in the Buschenschank. Only the finest grapes go into the bottles, which ensure a delicious drinking experience. Apple and pear juice and cider are made from unsprayed orchards. After harvesting, the fruit goes directly into the juicer and is bottled without any additives and only preserved by heating. Quality you can taste. The homemade products are available all year round from the farm, including wines and juices as well as brandies and liqueurs.

Whether it's a small gathering or a big celebration - here you can celebrate all kinds of festivals as they occur. The beautiful gazebo offers space for about 120 guests and the two interior rooms for about 50 people each.

Two hiking trails lead directly past the Buschenschank, the famous Hirschbirnwanderweg in the direction of Rabenwald and the nature park adventure trail, which makes this Buschenschank a popular rest stop for hikers and cyclists.

The Hirschbirn hirsch´n pressing, distilling and toasting station is also located here with a wide range of products made from Hirschbirne. Inquire about all Hirschbirn hirsch'n stations.
