Stefan Taucher is a thoroughbred meat professional from Großhart in Eastern Styria. His love for the animals and the passion for the profession lead to a unique taste.
The animals are slaughtered at around 550 kg and after careful processing and maturing are marketed directly in their own production facility. The current demand is 10-12 animals per year.

Stefan Taucher will be happy to advise you on Fridays from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 18:00 and on Saturdays from 8:00 to 13:00. Individual gifts with own products can be ordered by telephone arrangement.
