Goat cheese dairy Grabenhofer
St. Kathrein am HauensteinThe Grabenhofer family produces goat cheese products in St. Kathrein am Hauenstein of the highest quality in their certified organic farm.
The farm is located at 1000m above sea level in St. Kathrein am Hauenstein in Peter Rosegger's Waldheimat.
A wide variety of goat cheese products, such as cream cheese rolls, soft cheese or cheese balls in oil, have been produced in the farm's own cheese dairy since 2000. The goat milk comes from our own farm with around 120 mother goats. Mainly the breed "White German Noble Goat" is kept.
The farm has been a recognized organic farm since 2005 and is run by the whole family together.
Product tastings and guided tours are possible on request (at least 2 days in advance).
