The Vorau Museum Village is located right next to the Abbey Cemetery, where the farming world of the past centuries comes alive again. Among other things, you can see the details: "Marotti" smoke room from 1706 with the complete furnishings of a typical East Styrian farmhouse, an "open shack", "Hoanl" and "Hoar"-Stub`n, house mill and smithy, the old medicine chest of a Village doctor, manual setting workshop, school class, cabbage pit, drying oven, press house, farmer's saw, weather firecracker and much more.
