VorauFrom our own slaughterhouse: organic turkey meat from the region
BIOHOF Krautgartner in Kleinschlag, Vorau offers healthy turkey meat and products from lucky turkeys. These are lovingly reared in spacious stables and free-range. Sheep, pigs and chickens are also kept on the farm and on partner farms.
The animals are butchered in our own slaughterhouse and processed into whole or chopped pieces of meat for sale, as well as all types of processed meat such as sausages, smoked meat or lard. All processed and produced by ourselves.
The farm store also sells tasty home-made fruit juices and brandies.
Every Friday AB-HOF sale from 1 - 6 pm.
We also offer guided tours of our BIOHOf to give consumers an insight into our daily work
