The à la carte restaurant in the Almwellness Hotel Pierer on the Teichalm, the "Pierer Stube", promises culinary delicacies at 1,237 meters above sea level in the middle of the Almenland Nature Park. Here you not only dine superbly, but also excellent in the truest sense of the word - with 2 Falstaff forks and the AMA Gastro seal of approval. From small, fine dishes to a 6-course gourmet menu, guests are pampered with culinary delicacies from the region, such as the best ALMO meat and freshly caught fish from local waters. Close and good cooperation with regional producers is of the highest priority. The handmade pretzel sticks or the self-baked farmer's bread are something very special. Of course, in addition to the many Almenland specialties, there are also vegetarian or vegan dishes. The dessert cannot be missing and comes from grandma’s kitchen.
Edition Pierer - Spitzentropfen from their own winery in Gamlitz in southern Styria ensures the perfect wine accompaniment. Incidentally, these can also be tasted in the hotel's own wine cellar and in the wine tasting room. In total, the restaurant's wine list includes a good 200 winemakers from all over the world - with a large focus on Austria. Another highlight is your own PIN (Pierer Gin).
