Beate Oswald's small vinegar factory is located in Koglhof. In an old farmhouse dating back to 1799, you can take a guided tour to gain an insight into the production of vegan specialty vinegars. During the processing of the exclusively regional products according to old tradition, there is a lot to learn about the natural farming methods, orchards in the region and the biodiversity of the surrounding area.

The unusual vinegars can be tasted and bought in the farm shop of the Oswald / Schaffer family. Other nature park specialties can also be found here. There is also an online shop where the products can be ordered.

During a tour of the vinegar factory in Koglhof, guests get an insight into the processing of the fruit and the traditional production of the vinegar types. The tour is rounded off with a tasting of different varieties. The broad knowledge of the vinegar specialists is thus passed on. You can then shop and take the Almenland vinegars home with you.
