"What Nature Gives Us"

The small vinegar manufactory of Beate Oswald is located in Koglhof. In an old farmhouse from the year 1799, visitors can gain insights into the production of vegan specialty vinegars during a guided tour. Through the processing of exclusively regional products following ancient traditions, there is much to learn about the natural economic model, the region's fruit orchards, and the biodiversity of the surroundings.

The extraordinary vinegar varieties can be tasted and purchased in the farm shop of the Oswald / Schaffer family. Other nature park specialties can also be found here. Additionally, there is an online shop where products can be ordered.

Guided Tours:
During a tour of the vinegar manufactory in Koglhof, guests gain insights into the processing of fruits as well as the traditional production of vinegar varieties. The tour is rounded off with a tasting of various sorts.

Guided Tours: Wednesdays and Saturdays at 2 PM (duration of the tour approx. 1.5 hours)

The broad knowledge of the vinegar specialists is thus passed on. Afterwards, the Almenland vinegars can also be purchased in the farm shop and taken home.
