Experience an unforgettable evening full of Italian flavours in the Graz Region! On 14 June, the Hügellandhof will be transformed into a lively open-air street food market. Immerse yourself in the flavours of Italy and let yourself be enchanted by the Mediterranean flair.
Start your culinary journey at the antipasti station with wafer-thin slices of raw San Daniele ham, creamy burrata, aromatic tomatoes and fresh basil. Try different bruschetta variations, panzanella and vitello tonnato as well as Italian marinated vegetables.
At the pasta station, homemade pasta and gnocchi are prepared right before your eyes. Choose from classic sauces such as tomato sauce, creamy truffle sauce, spicy amatriciana or fresh chanterelles. Refine your dish with freshly grated Parmesan or Pecorino.
The grill station by the open fire offers fiery specialities such as fresh tuna steaks, fish fillets and prawns with garlic butter, Piccata Milanese in Parmesan breading as well as tender beef fillet and lamb steaks with rosemary. Enjoy grilled polenta with herb oil and grilled vegetables.
Freshly baked focaccia awaits you in the focaccia corner, topped as desired with tomatoes, grilled vegetables, buffalo mozzarella, prosciutto, rocket, parmesan, sour cream or smoked salmon.
Freshly filled profiteroles with warm chocolate sauce, classic tiramisu with cherries, creamy panna cotta with fruity apricots and a selection of 24 ice cream flavours from Temmel provide a sweet finish.
The evening will be accompanied by live Italian music from Valerio, which will ensure a real Italian zest for life. Enjoy the evening with family and friends in a relaxed atmosphere.
