Daniel Marg had the opportunity to work at many renowned places internationally before he arrived in Graz. Now firmly rooted here, he will share his personal impressions and experiences with you that evening in 10 courses, along with dishes from his teachers and mentors. Germany, Bangkok, Japan, and many other destinations will be presented on the plate in 10 small and fine dishes. You will also dine in the exclusive atmosphere of the small city palace St. Georg, which invites you to linger and enjoy. A special highlight is: "Bring Your Own Drinks". Guests can choose their drink accompaniment for the evening themselves. Wines and drinks brought along will be served with the menu. Of course, you also have the option to purchase drinks on-site.
