We venture on a journey through a dark chapter of our history. What is the past? How could it come to this? And what remains of that time today, 78 years later?
The Second World War did not stop at Graz. The “City of the Popular Uprising”, which was the first city in the “Ostmark” to be declared “Judenrein”, was the most frequently bombed city in Austria at the end of the war. Some traces of this period can still be seen in our city, and the biographies of the perpetrators and victims must not be forgotten, especially today.
