Open-air poetry on the Murinsel Graz – join the summer slam nights in the heart of the Graz Region!
As the Mur river flows gently and the sun begins to set, the Murinsel Graz transforms into a stage for words that move and inspire. The "Poetry Slam de la Mur(insel)" invites you to two unique summer evenings – on July 17 and August 28, 2025 – right in the heart of the Graz Region.
Surrounded by water and open skies, poets from across Austria step up to the mic with their powerful texts – funny, thoughtful, and always captivating. You, the audience, decide who takes home the glory. Every voice counts!
This open-air event brings literature alive in a vibrant setting. In case of rain, capacity is limited to 80 guests; in fine weather, up to 250 poetry lovers can join. Tickets will be available from June via the Ticketzentrum.
