Welcome to the Restaurant Kupferdachl in Premstätten, a culinary jewel characterised by two special cuisine lines. The restaurant, founded in 1986, is deeply rooted in the tradition of regional cuisine and is now run by Daniel Edelsbrunner, who enriches it with modern influences. Guests can choose between the down-to-earth pub "Das Kupferdachl" and the exquisite gourmet area "Das Edelsbrunner". Das Kupferdachl is known for its savoury dishes that evoke childhood memories, while Das Edelsbrunner delights with elaborate handcrafted creations and a surprise menu that has currently been awarded three Gault&Millau toques.
The restaurant places great emphasis on regional ingredients sourced from local suppliers and offers an impressive wine selection that reflects the establishment's passion for high-quality, vibrant wines.
