Fish soups on reschen leaf salads, Brettljause and Käferbohnen are hearty. The fine wines from winemaker Walter Lazarus go well with these.
Our family business is located at the foot of the Reinischkogel at an altitude of about 570m in the heart of the Schilcherland, directly on the Schilcherweinstraße, with stunning views over large parts of the western Styrian wine and hill country.
Between the idyllic West Styrian vineyards, in the heart of the Schilcher region Stainz-Reinischkogel, lies the winery Lazarus. For around 50 years, the family business Lazarus has grown the famous Schilcher and several white wine varieties.
In the quaint rooms of the Buschenschank you can choose from a wide selection of quality wines that have received many awards - and the friendly staff will serve you regional delicacies and homemade pastries. The beautiful location with the magnificent view over the rolling green hills attracts guests from near and far. For longer stays there are several comfortable guest rooms available.
Room for celebrations offer the press room and the Johannstüberl.
Even children will not be bored at the winery Lazarus thanks to the adventure playground with barrel slide!
