The newly built Buschenschank at the adventure winery Pauritsch offers space for cozy hours in air-conditioned rooms. The large windows and the spacious partly green terrace allow a breathtaking view of the Koralm.
Sustainable construction
Nature gives us so much, so we want to take care of you. In our construction, it was important to us to work as sustainably as possible and to use materials that can also be returned to nature. Meat processing areas with the latest hygiene standards, a spacious kitchen, as well as a state-of-the-art wine cellar are now the perfect basis to create the finest specialties and excellent wines.
Specialties from Koralm deer beef and pork
Deer carpaccio, finest pastrami of beef, and seasonal highlights with products only from our farm or from the region bring variety. Finest cheese and also vegetarian dishes, such as veggie salad with apples and nuts, enjoy great popularity. But also traditional and popular classics from the Buschenschank menu are included - Brüstlbrot, Winzersalat, Brettljause and much more. Children are most welcome and can look forward to a surprise.
Tasting
We also offer wine tasting with homemade specialties and a tour through our vineyards and wine cellar. Here you have the opportunity to get to know the production in more detail and learn many interesting facts about wine.

Modern interior, air-conditioned rooms with a view of the Koralm - exclusively for your event. We are happy to rent our premises for events and help you with the planning also with our partners from the gastronomy. Seminars, birthdays, weddings, no matter for what occasion we look forward to your request.
