The Buschenschank of the Schulter family is located in Kaindorf an der Sulm near the wine town of Leibnitz. The estate stands on a hill on the Kogelberg surrounded by forests, vineyards, fields and meadows in the midst of hilly southern Styria.
In our cosy and homely Buschenschank we serve Styrian snack specialities such as the Brettljause.
Furthermore we serve our guests a sandwich with Brüstel, Speck or Karree. Our menu also includes Verhackert bread, liver spread bread, Liptauer bread or the richly topped cheese bread.
A speciality is the smoked meat, which is pickled and smoked according to an old recipe.
For salad lovers we recommend beetle beans, pressed sausage or sour allsorts - dressed with homemade apple cider vinegar and pumpkin seed oil.
You are sure to find a good drink on our drinks menu to end the day in the best of moods.
