With respect for the products, the dishes are lovingly served on your plate. Styrian classics are breathed new life into old family recipes and regional foods are processed innovatively. We look beyond the horizon to follow international food trends and incorporate them into our seasonal cuisine time and again. Head chef Christian Pfanner is an experienced master of good flavours and is particularly popular for his braised dishes and unusual meat preparations.
