Pride in his own homeland and attachment to the land inspired Seppi Fischer from Kitzeck to break new ground in production and distribution.
The basis, his farm with dairy cows, was already there, but the young, innovative farmer defined the potential for the future anew.
Seppi Fischer knows what his cows get and how high-quality the milk they supply is. To further refine this raw product was the task he set himself. He learned and studied, tasted and experimented, and the result delights the people of the region as well as gourmets and cheese connoisseurs.
You can taste his joy in creating something and his enthusiasm for his farming with every sip, every spoonful and every bite.
