The Jauk family stands for high-quality, genuine Styrian and one hundred percent pure pumpkin seed oil - bottled on the farm in Groß St. Florian. Already in the third generation, they ensure that customers can enjoy a regional natural product of the highest quality all year round.
With great dedication, enthusiasm and attention to detail, the family devotes itself to the cultivation of pumpkins and the production of the kernel oil - the result and our drive is your enjoyment.
About three kilograms of the hull-less pumpkin seeds are necessary to produce one liter of the precious oil. The seeds are ground, gently roasted and then pressed and bottled free of chemical additives. Our green gold with the typical nutty-aromatic taste is a natural quality product from farmers!
